Return Policy

Every piece that leaves NERI Gallery has been handled with care and documented before shipping. All sales are final except in the case of a verified defect.

Returns

We accept returns on defective items only. All other sales are final. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or arrived in a condition that misrepresents what was sold, please contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery with clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

What Qualifies as a Defect

A defect is a condition that was not visible in the listing photographs and was not disclosed at the time of sale — for example, a structural crack, a missing component, or a material flaw that materially affects the integrity of the piece.

The following are not considered defects and are not grounds for return:

  • Natural variations in color, texture, pattern, or form inherent to minerals, stone, resin, paper, or other organic materials.
  • Minor surface characteristics visible in listing photographs.
  • Differences in appearance due to screen color calibration.
  • Change of mind or preference after purchase.

Return Shipping

Approved returns must be shipped at the buyer's expense. The shipment must be insured for the full purchase value of the item. NERI Gallery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, and returns that arrive uninsured or underinsured will not be eligible for a refund if damaged en route.

We strongly recommend using a tracked carrier with signature confirmation in addition to insurance coverage.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of our determination. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Purchases Through Etsy or Shopify

Orders placed through our Etsy shop or Shopify storefront are also subject to those platforms' buyer protection policies. In all cases, please contact us directly first — we prefer to resolve any issue personally before escalating through a platform dispute.
